How Convenient

So we're running low on cough and cold medicine, guys. What a coincidence since we're basically in the exact month that the weather is changing and people are starting to get sick. I did a story on this in class and I just find it so weird that NeoCitran, Buckley's, Otrivin, and Triaminic (not mentioned in the sign) are unavailable. This morning, there was just a shortage. Now, they're all just gone. The manufacturer, Novartis, is apparently closed down. This morning, it was just going through an upgrade. Hey, but don't worry, Shoppers Drug Mart is now taking this opportunity to advertise their Life brand product. Why not? You actually have no choice until "maybe November".

Well, here's a $5.00 coupon for your troubles....when the medicine actually gets back on the shelves.

No, honestly, in the meantime, WebMD is the man.

I bet you by the time this medicine is back (and most likely not on sale because they expect everyone to pay regular price or more just to get it), we'll all have had the flu and gotten over it on our own.
